Refund policy

We DO NOT accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any items due to customization. No refunds will be issued unless there is an error on “WeCraftToronto's” Shop’s part.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping policy

Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Bulk orders will be processed within 10-15 business days. Once your order is ready it will be shipped via Canada post and you will receive a tracking number via email.
